Hi all!
Orla was 5 months old today the 7 November 2008!
Can't believe it....time does fly! She is fine, she was 7450 grams or 16,6 on Thursday so a nice little lump. More hair, the eyes are brown and she is very chatty and smiley!
Still sleeping through the night, have had a few early am's with winter time setting in....and just recently she's had a couple of late evening waking up sessions...hunger mainly we thinks!
She still enjoys her swimming, will be trying a couple of play groups where we can play, sing etc. Have been seeing our neighbours as well as "hospital" friends. Lunching with a few old friends from work in Eastbourne...Michele last week and Terry, Nicky and Hayley next week. Also going up to London on Tuesday to visit the new offices in London Bridge with Ruth and Millie. Will be interesting and good to see a few worker bees. Also having Nora for a visit to Eastbourne.
Xmas will be taking place in Stockholm with Pernilla and Thomas, all my lot, us and Lynn & Brian. We are going to have a mini christening on xmas day for our little one in the cute chapel on a peninsula right by the water. Going down to Boras for new year when we are also having a load of rellies and friends for "Orla afternoon tea". Back to the UK on the 2nd.
We have the Hagberg family to stay early December, will be lovely! And hoping to fit in a few other things. Not doing many xmas presseis, great idea! We only swap one each in my family and have decided to skip them altogether with the Gardiner clan. Will be doing cards though...I do like them! Sending and receiving. Better get my act together!
What else...our house is covered in scaffolding and our windows have been "burned" this week, to get all the old layers of paint off! Smelly but effective. The house should look fab when it's all done as it was in great need!
The weather has been cold, mild, wet, sunny, cloudy, grey and more. Managing to walk along the seafront in most conditions!
Right, better get back to our noisy little thing!
Take care and bye for now...and as always...pics are on their way...!
Love & kram from us
