Hello again!
Slowly making a go of this blogg thing...
We have seen our midwife Sandy today at the surgery. 26 weeks and 2 days today. All is well with mum and Beanie. Blood pressure (108/70) and blood sugar/glucose (?) were both fine. Bump measured 26 cm and I got to feel what we think was baby's bottom! Heartbeat sounded great again, like a galopp'ing horse!
We did have an appointment on Tuesday but the surgery had failed to let us know that Sandy was not available...they only figured that out after we had waited for 15 mins! How hard can it be one wonders...! Never mind, it's a 10 min walk from here so not the end of the world. Had Sean with me though so will have to bring him along another time.
Other than that old Sean has been feeling a bit under the weather this week so we've both been in bed around 8.30pm! He is on the mend though and working from home which is good. Our Megan has been in for a service and its first ever MOT...lots of pounds, new tyres etc later it passed and is all good to go again, now we just need to clean it....!!!
No great plans for the weekend...Sean might swim in a competition at the Brighton uni pool, depending on how he feels, hope to get some things done at home and it's mother's day in the UK so we'll have to deliver chocolates to Lynn at some point. Do I qualify I wonder?!!
Anyway, take care and talk soon!
Love Stina, Sean and Beanie
